Tips:
*For the Sausage McMuffins, you can get 16 pre-cooked sausage patties for $4.16 at Walmart in the Freezer Section and English Muffins are only $1 at Aldi. If you buy 1 pkg of the sausage patties and 1 pkg of 16 slice Kraft Singles from Walmart aswell as 3 pkgs of English Muffins from Aldi, you could make 16 sandwiches for around $.55/sandwich and freeze them.
*You can buy a whole chicken at Walmart for around $6.00 and cook it in the crock pot. Divide it up into three piles for three different meals.
* Buy block cheese at Aldi for around $1.50 and shred it yourself.
Assuming you have all of the basics...flour, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla...the estimated total based on a family of 4 is :$110.00
You can save a lot of money buying basics from Aldi. Milk, eggs, biscuits and even frozen pizza is much cheaper than Walmart, so I would shop there first. Then go to Walmart to get your meat and everything else.
