Tasty Treat Tuesday

Homemade Donuts

You probably already know how to make these delicious donuts out of biscuits...
I used Grands Biscuits and cut out the center with a smaller cookie cutter, then cut out the
center of that donut with an even smaller one making 3 different sizes.
Drop them in hot oil and cook til golden brown. Place on a paper towel to drain.
Once they cool a little, I like to make a glaze to dip them in. Here is the recipe for it:

Krispy Kreme Glaze

1/3 cup butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

4−6 tbsp. hot water

Heat butter until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency.

OR You can always shake them in powdered sugar and they'll be just as good.

Enjoy!

John 3:16-17

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him."
